By accessing or using Contest Hub (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed these Terms.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. User Content and Submissions

You retain ownership of original content you submit to contests. By submitting content, you grant Contest Hub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your submission for the purposes of operating the Service. You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit your content.

5. Contests and Prizes

Each contest has a prize breakdown defined by the contest administrator. Prizes are paid out off-platform via the method stated on the contest detail page. Contest Hub is not responsible for tax implications of prizes; winners are solely responsible for any applicable taxes.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: (a) submit content you do not own or have rights to, (b) impersonate another person, (c) use automated tools to vote or submit, (d) harass, threaten, or abuse other users, (e) attempt to interfere with the Service's operation, (f) violate any applicable law.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to the community. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Contest Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Contest Hub's operating entity is established. Where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides stronger rights, those rights continue to apply. Specific governing-law and venue details may be updated as the operating entity is finalized; please contact us for current details.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect.
